HAVAH is one stylist, in your space. These are the few things that keep it safe and pleasant for both of us. They're part of the Terms.
What you can expect from Jennifer
- Arrives on time, or texts if she's running late.
- Brings a clean kit: washed brushes, sanitized tools, fresh single-use applicators for every face.
- Respects your home. Shoes off if that's your house rule, nothing moved without asking, nothing shared about your space or your life.
- Tells you the price before you commit, and the same price at the door.
- Says so if something can't be done well in the time or the space, instead of doing it badly.
- Never photographs you or your home without asking.
What Jennifer asks of you
- A safe space: a chair, an outlet, light, and a surface for the kit.
- Be ready at your start time with hair prepped as instructed. There's a 15–20 minute grace period; after that the appointment may count as a late cancellation.
- Tell her up front about allergies, skin conditions, extensions or recent chemical services.
- Keep pets and small children out of reach of hot tools and cords.
- Treat her the way you'd want a guest in your home to be treated. No harassment, no slurs, no unwanted physical contact, no asking her to do anything outside the service.
- Honest reviews are welcome. Fake ones, from anyone, are not.
Safety lines we don't cross
- Jennifer may stop a service and leave if she feels unsafe, if anyone present is intoxicated or abusive, or if the space is hazardous. Travel already incurred is still charged.
- No services on anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian present and consenting.
- No services that fall outside a cosmetology license.
- No requests to skip sanitation steps.
Photos + social
- Before-and-afters go on HAVAH's Instagram only with your yes, and you can change your mind later for any future use.
- If you post your own, tag away.
If something goes wrong
- Not happy with the result? Say so at the appointment or within 48 hours. The goal is to fix it, not to argue.
- Something more serious? Reply to any HAVAH email. Jennifer reads every message herself.
Consequences
- Breaking these guidelines can mean a declined request, a cancelled appointment or a closed account. In serious cases, HAVAH may report conduct to the authorities.
