Accept your quote
Jennifer checks the route and sends an itemized total: service, travel, any parking. Accept it in My Requests. Revised quotes need a fresh accept, so nothing changes without you.

Get styled
Jennifer approves the time, you get a confirmation with prep notes, and she shows up with the whole kit. Your part: damp hair, a chair, an outlet.

Prepping is easy
Three things before Jennifer knocks.
- Hair
- Wash 10–15 minutes before your time and leave it damp, no product. Washing isn't included, so this is the one job that's yours.
- Space
- A chair near an outlet, decent light, and a mirror if you have one. The kitchen counter works. So does a hotel desk.
- Face
- Clean, moisturized skin, no makeup. Have your outfit or a photo of it handy so the look matches.
Need to change your time?
Pending request: withdraw it in My Requests. No charge.
Confirmed appointment: reply to your confirmation email. Reschedules follow the same windows as cancellations. See the policy.
Mon–Thu: 4 hours' notice. Fri–Sun: 12 hours, with a $25 fee between 4 and 12 hours. Under 4 hours may be the full price. New Year's Eve + special events: 48 hours.
